Willow takes its name and its starting point from the established tree at the heart of this Centaurus Road site. Designed by Intrados Architecture, the six homes explore different arrangements of space, combining single-level and two-storey layouts with high living spaces and skillion ceilings. Volume and colour give the development its personality, while tiled bathrooms and durable materials bring practicality to the daily experience. Each home contributes to a collection with a shared identity and room for individual expression. In Saint Martins, at the foot of the Port Hills, the setting connects established neighbourhood life with nearby shops and outdoor recreation. The retained willow gives the development an immediate sense of belonging, anchoring the new homes in something already established.
